Product description:
“OPTTEMA M-03” textured soy protein is a product of soybean raw materials extrusion. It has a porous structure that allows it to bind and retain a larger amount of moisture. It can restore the texture of the most valuable food products – meat, fish, mushrooms, depending on the range of flavor additives; it can also be used as a partial replacement (15% to 30%) of meat raw materials and consumed as an independent dish.
Packaging: Multilayer paper bags, net weight 18 kg, or polymeric bags (‘big bags’), net weight 500 kg.
Storage conditions:
Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production.
Store in clean, well-ventilated space, at a temperature of no higher than 20°C and relative air humidity of no more than 75%. Avoid direct exposure to moisture.
