BIOLIO™ is a brand owned by a Russian company that makes various kinds of natural vegetable oils. Vitalen Co., located in Rostov Oblast, has been producing natural vegetable oils used for cooking (such as peanut oil, apricot oil, grapeseed oil, mustard oil, walnut oil, linseed oil, pumpkin seed oil, sesame oil, pine nut oil, sea buckthorn oil and garlic oil) for over 10 years.

BIOLIO vegetable oil does not contain any preservatives, dyes, flavor enhancements and artificial additives. The oil is manufactured using cold press method from high quality and ecological raw materials using the latest technology. All the vitamins and minerals are present in the final product, as it is protected from ultraviolet rays by lightproof packaging.

Linseed oil

Ingredients:

• Mozzarella cheese - 3 to 4 pieces

• Tomatoes - 3 to 4

• Basil - moderate amount

• Linseed oil - an appropriate amount

• Salt, pepper – to taste

How to make:

• Slice tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.

• Place sliced tomatoes, mozzarella and basil on a plate.

• Season with salt, pepper and linseed oil.
