About Altan Holdings:

Recipe:

"Creste di gallo": 30g

3 king brown mushrooms

3 slices of bacon

1 egg

1 tblsp of mayonnaise

Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper: to taste

Put pasta in salted hot water and boil for the required amount of time.

Fry mushrooms and bacon on olive oil in a frying pan. When pasta is boiled, put it in the frying pan, turn off the fire, add egg, salt and pepper with parmesan cheese.
